How to Track & Trace the item via Pos Laju

In Malaysia, usually we use national courier Pos Laju to send our parcel for all domestic shipment. The service that given by Pos Laju is so good in term of speedy and reliable delivery.
Pos Laju also provides tracking services or traces the shipment. This service allows checking the status of any shipment using Pos Laju which is when it was sent, from where it is sent, what the process through, and where it is right now. This service make easier for customer to traces their shipment. In order to trace the shipment the customer need the consignment number that provided in consignment note or Pos Laju receipt. The consignment number will be use as the tracking number.

There have three methods that can be used to check the status of shipment by using tracking number which are from online, facebook and short message service (SMS).

1. Checking the status of shipment through online
·       To check through online customer can enter the official website Pos Laju and click “Track & Trace” part to check the status of shipment. Customer need to write the tracking number inside the box that provided and number that written cannot be spacing.

      The result of the checking will display the current status of each item (tracking number) that the customer put it. The customer may know the delivery process of the items in the form of list of dates, times, process taken and its location at the post office where it was made.

2. Checking the status of shipment through Facebook
The customer should private message the tracking number to the Facebook page customer service Pos Malaysia Berhad. Pos Laju customer service officer will help to make the checking through the turn on Monday to Friday between 8.30 am to 5.30 pm.

3. Checking the status of shipment through short message service (SMS)
The customer also can used SMS service to check Pos Laju tracking number of shipment. Customer need follow this step:
Type: PL <space> [Tracking Number]
Example: PL EF667590069MY
Send an SMS to 33333 (Only to Celcom, Maxis and DiGi. RM 0.50 will be charged for each SMS).
